ISCT offers: Single (10x10ft), Double (10x20ft) and Quad (20x20ft) booth sizes. 

All booth types, excluding Quad spaces, include a hard-wall shell-scheme with a company ID sign. Further, exhibit booth space is sold as unfurnished; electricity and carpet are not included. Please note that Exhibit Hall flooring is polished concrete and will not have aisle carpet.

Exhibitors wishing to customize their booth space, please refer to build guidelines found within Exhibitor Manual, all custom booths must be approved by ISCT Show Management. Please contact Kim Shand (kim@isctglobal.org) for further information.

Exhibit Badge holders will only be able to access the Exhibit Hall.

Once your invoice has been paid in full, ISCT will provide a copy of your Exhibitor Manual via email which includes detailed instructions for the fulfillment of your ISCT 2024 Sponsorship & Exhibit booth. This manual includes registration and hotel reservation information.

Due to strict privacy regulations, ISCT does not provide past or current Meeting delegates lists.

The best way to reach ISCT’s international translation delegate base is by attending our meeting. Registration includes access to our partnering platform which has a digital list of our meeting attendees.

Further, onsite sponsors also have the ability to opt-in to lead retrieval software available at the venue via a third-party.

Note that ISCT never offers to sell delegate/sponsor lists—please be wary of questionable third-parties claiming to possess any Meeting delegates list of ISCT.

Yes, ISCT will offer One-to-One Partnering through the ISCT Meeting App, Jujama, to all registered delegates. The app is typically launched 8 weeks before the meeting.

As instructed in your exhibitor manual, group registration is no longer possible. Each individual is required to have an ISCT member or non-member account to register, and only one registration can be assigned per account.

If you don’t have an ISCT account, please create a non-member account using this link (select “I want to create a profile as a Non-Member”).

We recommend providing your company’s respective Exhibit Hall Badge or Full Conference promo code and registration instructions included in your exhibitor manual to each individual allocated.

Exhibit Hall badges can only be purchased to companies who have purchased an exhibit booth at ISCT 2024. Additional Exhibit Hall Badges cost $695 USD, and exclude access to the ISCT Translational Pathway Program and Roundtable Program on Level 1 and 2 of the ISCT 2024 Venue.

Yes, ISCT offers a group discount for 5 or more full conference registrations. The discount does not apply to registrations for students, technologists and exhibit hall badges. 

Complimentary registrations included in your sponsorship package must be claimed before Friday, May 3, 2024.

ISCT hotel block booking links are provided in each delegate’s registration confirmation email. Group hotel booking is not possible. ISCT does not provide this link to delegates who have not registered.

ISCT is not offering sub-hotel blocks at this time. 

All payments must be made in US dollars.

• Bookings Made After January 9, 2024
  A 50% non-refundable deposit is due within 5 business days of booking. The remainder is due within 30 days. 
  
  
• Bookings Made After March 1, 2024
  Payment in full is due within 5 business days of booking.

For payments not completed within the respective policy above, ISCT reserves the right to release bookings for immediate sale with no refund of deposits paid. Completion of this application indicates acceptance to pay the full amount indicated.

Any cancellation requests should be made in writing, prior to January 20, 2024. Cancellation requests received after January 20, 2024, will NOT receive a refund under any circumstances. The organization is still obliged to fulfill any outstanding balances including late penalty fees.

ISCT retains the right to alter any sponsorship offerings as needed, as a result of circumstances beyond ISCT's control. It is mutually agreed that in the event that ISCT’s ability to hold the ISCT 2024 Vancouver Annual Meeting as planned in whole or in part or on the intended dates is impeded due to fire, explosion, strike or other labor unrest, freight embargo, act of God, act of public enemy, act of war, war, act of terrorism, civil disturbance, act of any government, de jure or de facto, or other government declaration or regulation, epidemic or other event over which the ISCT has no control, then in ISCT’s discretion, it may modify or delay the Meeting or immediately amend or terminate the Corporate Booking Form contract without refund or liability to Applicant, and Applicant hereby waives any and all claims against ISCT for damages, reimbursement, refund, or compensation. ISCT shall not be financially liable in the event the show is interrupted, canceled, moved or rescheduled.
