Special Rates for Countries with Emerging Economies 

ISCT is dedicated to increasing accessibility and providing vital support for the education and advancement of professionals in the field of CGT in countries with emerging economies. ISCT Members residing in countries classified as Low, Low-Middle, or Upper-Middle Income by the World Bank are eligible for 30% discount on registration rates.

If you are from a qualifying country, please contact meetings@isctglobal.org prior to registration in order to receive the Special Rate for Emerging Economies.

REGISTRATION

No, you do not need to be a member to register to ISCT 2024. You may register for ISCT 2024 with a non-member profile.  

If you would like to register as a non-member, you may create a non-member profile by selecting "I want to create a profile as a Non-Member" here.   

Yes, members receive reduced rates for ISCT 2024 registration depending on their Membership Type. 

Membership rates are automatically applied during registration check-out for members who are signed-in to their ISCT profiles. The membership rates are automatically applied based on your ISCT profile membership type.

All meeting registrations with ISCT are non-refundable. Cancellation fees vary depending on when cancellation requests are received in writing.

Cancellations may be eligible for credit towards future ISCT events, programs and dues.

To cancel your registration, you must make the request in writing and send it by email to meetings@isctglobal.org. This is the only channel for cancellation requests. No verbal cancellations are accepted.

ISCT 2024 registration may be transferred to another individual within the same organization. No administrative fees are imposed on registration transfers.  

To transfer your registration, you must make the request in writing and send it by email to meetings@isctglobal.org. This is the only channel for transfer requests. No verbal transfers are accepted, and your registration confirmation and/or badge may not be given to another individual.  

The following ancillary events are taking place during ISCT 2024. 

If you have already completed registration for ISCT 2024 and would like to purchase tickets to one of the add-on events, please email meetings@isctglobal.org with the name of the event(s) you would like to purchase a ticket for. 

VISA APPLICATIONS

Visa support letters are available for delegates upon request. Once you have completed and paid for your registration, please email meetings@isctglobal.org and we will provide you with the necessary documentation to support your visa application.

Refunds for registration due to visa rejections are handled on a case-by-case basis. In such situations, we kindly ask for proof of your visa application and subsequent rejection, which will enable us to process a refund for your registration. 

ACCOMMODATIONS

ISCT has secured preferred group room rates over our main program dates starting from Tuesday, May 28 through Saturday, June 1 with several hotels close to the venue.

Reservation links to access reduced room rates are sent via email AFTER registration is completed.

ONSITE

Please collect your badge at the ISCT 2024 registration desk on Level 1 of the Vancouver Convention Centre. 

Badge pick-up and on-site registration opens on Tuesday, May 28th at 4:00 PM PST.  

Only registered attendees who have collected their personal conference badge will be capable of attending ISCT 2024.  

The Vancouver Convention Centre designed to provide an accessible environment, with open spaces, ramps and elevators throughout to create easy access for guests using wheelchairs, other mobility devices and strollers. The Vancouver Convention Centre also offers complementary wheelchair services and TTY-payphones in both buildings. 

A nursing room with infant changing stations will be available inside of the venue.  

Bag storage will be available effective Wednesday, May 29th to Saturday, June 1st. 

A boxed lunch will be provided, in addition to coffee breaks, on Wednesday, May 29th, Thursday, May 30th, and Friday, May 31st. 

For individuals with severe food allergies, please reach out to meetings@isctglobal.org by March 25, 2024. Although ISCT will make every effort to accommodate these requests, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled.

Yes, a downloadable copy of the program will be made available on the ISCT 2024 website and viewable on mobile within the ISCT 2024 Conference & Partnering Platform.

No, the ISCT 2024 program will be available as a digital copy only in an effort to reduce the ISCT 2024 carbon footprint. 

Meeting presentation slides and recordings will be made available to all paid delegates post-meeting with authorization from the speaker(s).

We are unable to provide a full delegate list, however delegates may be searched for by using the ISCT 2024 Conference & Partnering Platform which is now available.  Search for “ISCT” in the Android/IOS app store. Login details for the app are provided via email to registered delegates.
